SWAEN© Dutch Pale Ale malt

Dutch © Ale is made from 100% Dutch barley and is an improvement on bleached malt,
to produce a "golden" beer and improve the taste. For this purpose a steeping level of 44-46% is used,
the malt is generally modified and not over-modified,
It is dried at 90-95 °C to obtain a colour of 6-9 EBC.
It is not just a darker base malt, but Swaen's special quality Ale malt, made with unique care.
If you are looking for a really special flavour in your beer, this is a must try.
It can be used for:
Pale Ale styles and bitter beers, now
traditional English beer styles, strong export
beers.
