The use of ENARTIS nutrient allows the nitrogen present in must, mash and sugar must to be supplemented and the yeasts to be
nutrient supply to the yeasts. The thiamine (vitamin B1) content of this complex product is essential for the growth and reproduction of yeasts.
Use: dissolve in a little water and add to must, mash or sugar mustard at the beginning of fermentation.
Recommended dosage: 10 g/hl.
